Shipping policy

The Little Place is a global marketplace, based in the UK, offering 100+ brands both large and small. 

When you place an order with us, every brand ships their product directly to you. 

If you place an order with multiple brands, you will receive your order in multiple parcels. Shipping estimates are based on each brand’s unique timeline, and are listed on the items product pages. We recommend you check the estimated arrival dates of all your shipments in the checkout process. Some brands are smaller than others and may have limited resources, so shipping may be longer than our listed times below.

When buying from a brand based outside the UK, you may be charged customs and duty fees. You will be notified at checkout that additional fees and duties may apply. However this notice does not mean that charges for your order are guaranteed. Your local customs office will contact you if there are charges to pay when you receive your order.

The Little Place is pleased to provide simple and affordable flat rate shipping options for all orders regardless of order size and destination.

Shipping is free for all UK and NI orders over £100. 

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER ?

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. Every effort is made to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. 

 

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?

Most of our products ship globally, some restrictions apply.

Shipping is free to the UK and NI when you spend over £100.00.

Below is a guide to average shipping times (although generally we are quicker). All goods are posted with a recognised courier and tracking details will be provided to you.

UK & NI: Average delivery time is 3-5 days.

**All orders to EU and REST OF THE WORLD delivery countries: please be aware of paying import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We are unable to advise you about the exact amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. **
