Refund policy

 

If for any reason you are unhappy with a product ordered, please return the unused product with its original packaging and tags still attached.

Proof of purchase is necessary.

Refunds or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

Please note you are responsible for return postage and any loss or damage to the products in the process of return. We recommend using an insured delivery service.

Refunds will be made within 7 days of the date we receive the return and will not include the postage and packing costs.

 

Faulty Items:

If a product is damaged or faulty then please return the goods with proof of purchase within 14 days of receiving them. 

An exchange will be given as quickly as possible, but if this is not an option, you can either opt for an exchange for another good of the same value or a refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Sale items
Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
